The classic Texas summer drink made even better with the Rambler MIXY.

  • Infuse Rambler with tequila.

  • Let it sit 1-3 days. 

  • Note: the longer it sits, the spicier your cocktail will be. If you are sensitive to spice, remove the jalapeño after 6 hours.
  • Strain 1.5 oz. Rambler into cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Add 1/4 oz. lime juice.

  • Shake, shake, shake.

  • Pour into glass with ice.

  • Top with Topo Chico or your favorite sparkling water.
