Infuse Rambler with tequila.

Let it sit 1-3 days.
- Note: the longer it sits, the spicier your cocktail will be. If you are sensitive to spice, remove the jalapeño after 6 hours.

Strain 1.5 oz. Rambler into cocktail shaker with ice.

Add 1/4 oz. lime juice.

Shake, shake, shake.

Pour into glass with ice.

Top with Topo Chico or your favorite sparkling water.
