Let it sit 1-3 days.

Add 1.5 oz. Uptown, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 3/4 oz. simple syrup (optional) to cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake, shake, shake.

Pour into glass and top with 2 oz. of champagne.
