Use our Uptown mixy for a new take on the classic French 75.

  • Infuse Uptown with 12 oz. gin.

  • Let it sit 1-3 days. 

  • Add 1.5 oz. Uptown, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 3/4 oz. simple syrup (optional) to cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Shake, shake, shake.

  • Pour into glass and top with 2 oz. of champagne.

  • Garnish with spiral lemon twist to make it fancy.
