Ingredients
Gin Infused Uptown Mixy
Lemon Juice
Prosecco or Champagne

    Directions

    1. Infuse Uptown Mixy with Gin for 1-3 days
    2. Shake Uptown Mixy to ensure all ingredients are incorporated
    3. Strain and pour 2-3 oz infused Uptown Mixy into champagne flute with ice
    4.Add .5 oz lemon juice. Stir. 
    5. Top with prosecco or champagne
    6. Cheers & Enjoy

        4. Add .5 cup lemon juice.
        5. Pour into 8-16 champagne flutes
        6. Top each flute with prosecco or champagne
