Shipping policy (Mixy)
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays.) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Carrier calculated shipping rates are available for selection at checkout.
Local delivery
At this time we do not offer local delivery or pick up.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drinkmixy.com with your name and order number.
