The mixy-ccino is our adult take on a classic blended iced coffee that packs a boozy jolt. This recipe will make 1 refreshing, festive treat! Best enjoyed by a fire.
Ingredients
- Java Mixy
- Vodka
- 1-2 cups of ice
- Your choice of cream (we used heavy cream for richness)
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
- Pirouette to top
- Blender
Directions
- Infuse Java Mixy with Vodka for 1-3 days
- Shake and strain 2-2.5 oz. Vodka infused Mixy into your blender
- Add splash of cream
- Add spoonful of chocolate chips
- Add 1-2 cups of ice & blend
- Pour into glass
- Top with whipped cream
- Garnish with Pirouette or topping of choice
